Good beer is often found at the interstitial scale between amateur ‘homebrew’ and corporate mass-production. Here, the house about the brewer negotiates between theses two production paradigms—an architecture of standardisation, repetition and consistency is confronted by episodic plans and sections characterised by local  moments of intuition and improvisation.
