Die Rückseite: Limmat
The Letten area of the Limmat is made up of many small constructed elements. Each of these elements is unique architecturally, and many of them resemble spoilá, or three dimensional vestiges of the past that have stuck around to integrate into the city just as much as the boardwalks of the Limmat. This project takes each of these elements of the back as sources for understanding how to design unassuming monuments, spoils, and ruins that have rich architectural form without relying on program as a starting point.
